1. Use with forklift: when using manual hydraulic forklift, mechanical forklift, electric anti overflow pallet forklift, etc., The arm width of the forklift shall be as wide as possible, and the arm length of the forklift shall be as long as possible. Preferably, the arm length of the forklift shall exceed the length of the oil spill prevention tray. When using the Spill Containment Tray to transport goods, the manual hydraulic forklift, mechanical forklift and electric forklift shall keep the speed uniform and stable to prevent the goods from falling due to emergency braking and large vibration, and even the Spill Containment Tray from being damaged due to uneven stress.
2. Use with the shelves of the three-dimensional warehouse: when used with the shelves of the three-dimensional warehouse, the Spill Pallet shall be placed on the two beams of the shelf stably and evenly, and the length of the oil Spill Pallet shall be more than 50mm larger than the outer diameter of the two beams of the shelf. If the shelf is a shelf with a laminate in the middle, the oil spill tray should be placed near the middle of the laminate to avoid instability caused by uneven stress on the shelf.
3. For cold storage or high-strength environment: there are generally two kinds of raw materials for Spill Containment Pallet, polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP). The oil spill proof tray used in cold storage cannot be made of polypropylene with high density and high hardness, but it cannot be resistant to low temperature at the same time. If the Spill Containment Pallet to be used in the cold storage needs to be put on the shelf, it is best to use polyethylene Spill Tray with steel pipe. In addition, since it has been used in the low-temperature environment, the Spill Tray made of new high-density low-pressure polyethylene (HDPE) is generally selected. The Spill Containment Tray made of pure raw materials can be used for a long time in the low-temperature environment of minus 30 degrees. In addition, there are some Spill Containment Trays made of new technologies and materials, which have some new excellent properties. Although these new technologies and materials still have some disadvantages that cannot be used on a large scale, they do show good results when used in some special environments. For example, a high-strength hollow blow molded Spill Pallet with extrusion blow molding is used. The Spill Containment Tray has good fall resistance and strong impact resistance. It can fall from tens of meters high without breaking, and its bearing capacity is relatively large. Therefore, the overall cost is high, but it is very suitable for some industries with poor use environment or chemical fertilizer industries with relatively high bearing capacity.
